This 2-hour workshop focuses shifting the 'bend' from your low back to the upper/middle thoracic spine and even the front of the hips. If deepening your flexibility has been a goal, this workshop is perfect for you. We will flow through exercises to warm up and unlock the spine, then break down various conditioning techniques to increase both flexibility and strength!Segments include:Shoulders & UpperbackFront Hip Flexors & QuadsLumbar StrengthActivating leg flexibilityThe goal of this workshop is for you to learn and take the exercises and methods that we will introduce into your own home/studio practice.
